Jac’s cleaning did an amazing job. They showed up on time and got right to work and cleaned my place over my expectations. I will definitely be using them again.

At Paul The Painter LLC, we do our best not to make a mess but when we do, Jac's Cleaning Service is our "Go-to" whenever we need maintenance cleaning, spot cleaning, or emergency cleaning! They're a trusted partner of ours for a long time now and we're proud to refer them to all of our residential and commercial customers for their cleaning needs.

Ended up switching companies, as we had some issues. There were two instances where they were supposed to arrive and did not show to clean as they had marked down the wrong day on their calendar. After one cleaning session, we arrived home to find our thermostat had been turned up to 85 degrees. During our last session, the floors in the bedrooms did not appear to have been cleaned at all. While the owner is personable and is reachable by text, you can find other companies that do a better job for the cost.

This cleaning service has been life saving for my business. I own a gym in New London CT and is very important that we have a clean sanitized facility where clients feel safe to workout. We also have a juice bar and a sauna and shower which they also clean. They have been great with communication and have always been on time, professional and thorough with their schedule cleanings. Highly recommend this company to any business that needs cleaning done

Highly Recommended, Very professional, clean, and cost-effective! We hired their company for a business office cleaning and they went above & beyond. We ended up doing business with them on a repeat basis!

Jacqueline came for the free estimate and was wonderful. I had high hopes for our move out cleaning. We scheduled it about a month in advance. About a week before the cleaning I had some questions and she became very unresponsive. I asked to last minute have the refrigerator oven and microwave included in the clean. Our refrigerator has a freezer on top and since I did not specify the freezer also it wasn’t cleaned. I sent a follow up email asking if this was standard procedure and no response. Although the cleaning was adequate I don’t think I’d recommend them or hire them again based on communication & responsiveness.

Professional and prompt company. They do a very good job providing cleaning services in my fast paced laundromat. Cleaning is one less headache now that I have Jac's cleaning service. Highly recommended!

Jac is so professional and communicative as a business owner. This is my first experience hiring a cleaning service, and she clearly mapped out the process and fees, which I appreciated.
She also took the time to listen to what was important to me for my home cleaning.
The staff works so hard, and doesn't stop until the job is done! I'm very pleased!
